If you bought it, it carries a two (2) year warranty.
If you subscribe to it, it carries a lifetime warranty.
Equipment Replacement
Equipment breaks. It's a simple fact. At Latitude we understand that when it comes to operating secure environments using our solutions it can be a big deal when something breaks. This is why we stand behind our products with a fantastic replacement program.
Call our help desk, so we can verify if it need replacing and how it broke. We will send you a replacement with a return label, so you can ship the old stuff back.
The Not So Fine Print
Replacements or upgrades need to be an equipment swap. Adding equipment is not considered replacing or upgrading.
If equipment fails due to misuse, abuse, or negligent use the customer is liable and may incur additional fees for equipment replacement or upgrades.
Any unauthorized modifications made to equipment is also a risk and customer may be liable and may incur additional fees for equipment replacement or upgrades.
Latitude gets the old stuff back, but we will send you a box and shipping label.
Hardware replacement does not include installation.
