One-Time Software Setup Fee:
New customers pay a one-time setup fee of $1,500 for initial configuration and training. Existing customers adding locations pay $750.

Yes, absolutely. There are no-long term contracts tied to your pricing tiers. We’re committed to working with you to find the most cost-effective tier for your business, and we’ll help you transition to a different tier if your needs change.

Each pricing tier carries a monthly minimum fee. This fee only applies if the number of transactions processed is below the monthly allotment. If the number of transactions is greater than the monthly allotment, you pay the transaction fee listed with the tier instead of the minimum.

We understand that starting a new business comes with uncertainties. Many of our clients are in the same position, so we normally recommend starting with Tier 1. Over the course of your first year, we'll work closely with you to assess your transaction volume and adjust your tier as needed to ensure you're always on the most suitable plan.

Hardware pricing is standardized but the required hardware for each installation varies greatly due to the significant variance among buildings and construction and the variety of door types.
