Monthly Payments
With our volume-based pricing model, you’ll be placed in the most economical tier based on your average monthly transactional volume. Every tier includes all the same features, with no premium plans, annual contracts, or hidden upgrades.
You’ll also pay a monthly flat-rate fee for access control, based on the number of doors you’ll have operating with Rhōmb.
What Qualifies as a Transaction
A transaction is counted as any single purchase or order, regardless of the number of items included.
So, if multiple items are bought together in one order, this counts as one transaction.

FAQs
Can you elaborate on the monthly flat rate?
The monthly flat rate accounts for the access control component of Rhōmb, which includes the Brivo Access cloud-based access control software and Brivo API services for the Rhōmb software integration. It is a door-dependent cost; the more doors you have, the cheaper each door is. If you are already a Brivo customer, this fee will not be included on your monthly Rhōmb bill.
Can I switch to a different tier?
Yes! There are no-long term contracts tied to your pricing tiers. We’re committed to working with you to find the most cost-effective tier for your business, and we’ll help you transition to a different tier if your needs change.
What does the monthly minimum fee mean?
Each pricing tier carries a monthly minimum fee. This fee only applies if the number of transactions processed in the month is below the monthly allotment. If your transaction volume is greater than the monthly allotment, you'll be charged based on the transaction quantity, at the rate specified for your tier, rather than the monthly minimum.
Will I be able to view my total transaction count ?
Yes - on your Rhōmb eCommerce site, you'll have access to a real-time transactions report. This report allows you to track and view your transaction count for any selected time period, giving you a clear overview of your transactions and helping you estimate your Rhōmb bill for the month.
I'm opening a new business; how can I know how many transactions I'll be doing?
We understand that starting a new business comes with uncertainties. When dealing with new businesses, we’ll start you at Tier 1. Over the course of your first year, we'll work closely with you to assess your transaction volume and adjust your tier as needed to ensure you're always on the most suitable plan.
What if I already have Brivo?
If your facility is already using Brivo, you'll only need to cover the monthly eCommerce payments for Rhōmb, and setting up Rhōmb will be quick and easy!
One-Time Setup Fees
To get Rhōmb up and running at your facility, an initial investment for software configuration and hardware is required. Hardware costs vary based on your facility’s doors, security requirements, and preferred installation method. Configuration fees are $1500 for new customers and $750 for existing customers adding a new site.

Cameras are recommended, but not required. Rhōmb has integrated video, allowing you to monitor video by door entry, remotely unlock the door from a live video feed, and prevent tailgating.
Installation
Some of your initial costs will depend on how you decide to install your hardware - whether that be through us, yourself, or if you find a third party to install it. We source qualified local technicians to perform the installation services; however, our services are optional. Control panels come fully configured, clearly labeled, and include mounting hardware and documentation.
