We start every Rhōmb project by gathering critical information so we can create your rhōmb site input information that only our developers have access to.

Store URL and Email Addresses

Official Business Name

Provide the name as it appears on your corporate documents, such as your tax return.

Alias Business Name

Provide the name of your business known by your customers, if different from your official business name.

Marketing Web Site URL

Please provide the URL to your marketing web site or social media page if you don't have a marketing web site. This helps us better understand your branding.

The default store URL is https://yourname.rhombnow.com/. What would you like in the place of "yourname"?

Reply to Email Address

The system sends various emails based on transactions and account activity, such as receipts, access codes, payment notices, and cancellations. All emails are from yourname@rhombnow.com, where “yourname” is the company name you specified in #1 above. We can enter a custom Reply To email address to your specified inbox. This email address can have any domain, such as @gmail or your custom domain.

BCC Email Address

The system can send you copies of all outgoing order confirmations for your records. Having records of these emails for customer service issues can be helpful, such as if a customer claims they “didn’t receive the email.” Usually, clients set up a designated inbox for these emails so their regular inbox isn’t cluttered with all of the emails.

Logo Placement

Your company logo can appear in one of two places. Please select one:

Provide the color code for the banner and footer

Basic Settings

Sales Tax Rate (%)

You will be able to identify specific products as taxable or non-taxable, although we enter your sales tax rate when we set up the site.

Time Zone

Please select the local time zone of your location.

Membership Lockout

The rhōmb system will disable the member’s door credential if their membership renewal payment fails to process. The system will try to capture payment for a specified number of days before putting the member on hold. Each time the payment process fails, the member receives an email from rhōmb indicating so and providing instructions for updating the payment information in the rhōmb portal. How many days do you want the system to attempt to capture payment before disabling the member’s credential and putting their membership on hold?

Membership Self-Serve Cancellations

The system provides a self-serve option for members to cancel their membership through the customer portal in rhōmb; however, this option can be disabled, forcing the member to contact the staff to cancel.

Access Control Settings

Business Hours

List the hours that the facility will be open. For example M-F 7am to 7pm. Make sure you account for every day of the week.

Restricted Access

Do you plan to have memberships or products with restricted access to the facility? Meaning, the access will be on certain days of the week and/or certain hours of the day? For example, a weekday membership will not include weekends. Or, a midday day pass will not include evenings. If so, please list the product name, the days of the week, and the hours of the day the product will HAVE access to the facility.
